Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time - from two to five minutes - allowing your body to release tension and your mind to let go of all distractions. Yin is wonderful for opening up the pelvis and can relieve back pain, sciatica, neck pain, headaches, among many other ailments of the body.
